Westwoods offer a comprehensive range of  Cedar shingles, shakes and capping.

 

 

Shingles

No 1 Blue Label Premium clear grade, fully quarter sawn. Recommended
for roofi ng applications. 450 mm (nominal) length. 11 mm thick at
butt end. Width - various.
Cover - Roof - 1 bundle per 2.3 m² at 140 mm exposure. Minimum roof
pitch - 180.

Shingles

No 2. Red Label General Purpose grade, with limited sap wood. Contains
both quarter and back sawn. 450 mm (nominal) length. 11 mm thick at
butt end. Width - various.
Wall Cladding - 1 bundle per 3.72 m² at 215 mm exposure.
Shakes
Handsplit and resawn. 600 mm (nominal) length. 12 mm to 19 mm thick
butt end. Width - various.
Roofi ng - 1 bundle per 1.33 m² at 190 mm exposure. Minimum roof
pitch 200.
Capping
Shingle Ridging. 400 mm (nominal) length, Ridge depth - 80 mm. 5080
mm run of ridging at 140 mm exposure.
Capping
 Shake Ridging. 600 mm (nominal) length, Ridge depth - 100 mm. 3658
mm run of ridging at 190 mm exposure
